One place on our "go-to" list in Gulf Shores, Alabama is The Steamer.  We can we get our fix here while we are in town.  It is always a treat.  Just make use of the handy wipes when you are done--it can get messy!

Another staple for us in Gulf Shores, Alabama is The Beach House.  They have a mean hamburger and strong cocktails.  

I don't remember the name of this concoction but it was smoky delicious!  The drink was created by the bartender at The County Seat in Livingston, Mississippi.  

A trip to one of our favorite weekend getaways in Ocean Springs, Mississippi is not complete without visiting our favorite restaurant there, Vestige.  The Chef and owner Kumi Omori uses seasonal and local produce for all of her dishes.  The flavors are phenomenal!

On our last visit to New York City, we visited the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport.  We had to stop by The Sunken Lounge for a drink...  a martini for me, of course!  We really dig MCM furnishings and this is the place to be for that.  We had a fabulous time.
